The construction of the Hilton Sal should start soon, announced the president of Cape Verde Investments, José Duarte. The luxury development will be located between the Hotel Creole and Djad 'Sal, Santa Maria. This will be the first hotel group Hilton in Cape Verde. The CI is negotiating for a second capital.
"If everything goes well, the Hilton Sal works will begin this year," says Jose Duarte. The hotel will arise in the heart of the tourist resorts of the city of Santa Maria, purchased a vacant lot to the group Stefanina.
The management contract has been signed with a French promoter and is currently at the stage of completion of the arrangement. "It's a project that has experienced some difficulties in recent years but is ready to start," secures the president of CI.
The Hilton Sal, will have three floors and will include a spa, health club and pool, plus a restaurant, two bars and a nightclub. For special events and business trips, the hotel may also offer a conference room, ballroom, and meeting rooms and a business center.
This
is just one of the projects of this hotel chain to Cape Verde, as
reported by Jose Duarte. The CI is negotiating with the group to build
one more hotel in Praia. "There is a serious and strong commitment of
the Hilton group, which is a name sounding world of hotel management, to
come to Cape Verde."
