Humous - by Marge Areen

Cheryl Thomas - Monday, September 21, 2009
250g Chick Peas, 2 Cloves Garlic, 3 Tblsp Olive Oil, 2 Tblsp Chick Pea Juice, Chilli to taste, Salt to taste.

Put all ingredients into a blender and whisk until smooth.

If no blender use elbow grease, no you can't buy elbow grease in the shop, its just the process of mashing and whisking the ingredients into a paste.

You can make your own tasty humous by adding curry powder, bbq sauce, olives, onions, cucumber etc.whatever ingredients you prefer. Why not provide two different flavour humous dips for snacks.
