We deliver to UK only and require a UK billing address for VAT and regulatory reasons
There is no problem with anyone buying and then using the phone overseas as long as they maintain a UK address for billing and service of notices
The user is responsible for updating installation address details on the portal for use by emergency services
Calls between handsets are free of charge
You are on the older system which has been replaced by the new system, there are no immediate plans to upgrade your handsets to the new system
The new system provides greater management and additional services such as Auto Attendant, time of day routing, group calling, choice of CLI display, multiple numbers, it is designed as a telephone system replacement as it is possible to set up overflow ringing etc, however if they are on different accounts we can still configure some functionality.Find out more: LINK: PLUMCOM
